Turbo Baby Backs

[Smoking Piney]

I'm a bachelor until tomorrow and dug a rack of baby backs from the freezer this morning.

The rack is rubbed with SuckleBuster's Honey BBQ and cooked indirect on the BGE at 350 for a little under 2 hours.

Sauced with a mix of Baby Rays and mustard.

It was a good cook, and I'm going to house them with no sides.
