OG B&B Oak lump plus a scattered mix of B&B Cherry and Post Oak chips. Going to smoke two zone until Bride starts fussing at me she is hungry. At that point I'll drop it down over the hot side grates . hopefully around 130-135. 2.75# Tri so there is room for error. However at $27.99 for the cut I'd rather it turn out decent. Then again most leftovers are going to a Chili Bag. Primo has been begging to cook. Today's the day.
