I'm just finishing up a cook for the restaurant next to the BBQ Shop and wondered what everybody else is cooking tonight? Post some pron if you've got it!

Grilled some chicken leg quarters (with Yardbird rub... *drool*) along with some garlic potato wedges and zucchini. Washed it all down with cold Sam Adams beer.

Tonight was just a prelude to the ribs I am preparing on Saturday though. I know I may get shot for admitting this in these parts, but it will be the first meat I have smoked since October!
