Tourtiere crust suggestions ?

Have some left over pork and taters.
some pizza dough in a bag.
will that work instead of pie crust if i make it thin enuf ??
let the dough rise and flatten or flatten and use quickly ?

Totally different texture. It will turn out more like a calzone. Be interesting, though.
