I cooked a whole hog on the hottest day of the decade. The heat index that day was around 130*F. I walked outside my front door at 4:00 am to start the fire and immedietly started sweating like I had just jogged a mile and the heat only got worse as the day went on.

I hope I never have to do anything like that again! It sucked.

Hey isn't TX that small U.S. state that can fit into a number of our Northern Territory cattle station?
The heat in Sydney is a humid heat. Today is likely to be the third highest on record.
This evening I will be BBQing a marinated boned leg of lamb so I am not wimping it out altogether.
