put in pan with rack at 160*. added 1cup beef stock. wrapped with foil. left one corner open to vent. pulled at 198*.Nice looking Brisket did you foil at all and when ?

So the rack held it up out of the Juices,packer or flat?.
yes the rack kept just above the juices. it was a 19.5# packer.
