Needed the practice so I cooked up 3 racks of St Louis style. 3 hrs at 210, 1 hr foil, 1 hr back on with sauce at about 250. If the teens don't find them, I'll have lunch Friday!! Tried the Mike Mills BBQ Sauce recipe from his book "Peace, Love, BBQ. Used my S.U.D.S. (small 30 gal. UDS)

MileHigh,

I liked his sauce. Iadded some jalapenos for a little kick. I usually make mine on the sweet side so this was a nice change.
