Ok, as the title says I am thinking about building a smoker big enough to do a big cook and be permanently mounted on a 5'x8' trailer. I would like to know if anyone has a link or detailed information on how I should do this build. I want to optimize the efficiency of it as well as create something that will last for years. I don't have a tank as a base to start with yet but looking for suggestions on size as well. Any info is appreciated!
