Thighs on the kettle

I was originally going to cook leg quarters but pulled the wrong bag out of the freezer so thighs it is.lol
I did these trying something new. I used shore lunch spicy buffalo and while they turned out very good I think that they would be much better cooked in oil.
Plus I think their idea of spicy and mine are very different.

I get alot of eye rolls from the ladies with that one but most laugh as well.
I will look up that adobo and give it a try. Thanks
