That hash looks amazing. I'm licking my lips!

I just got a griddle for my 3 burner Camp Chef propane stove and am going to be doing the maiden run on her this weekend. Probably do a big fried breakfast on Saturday morning, diner style burgers for Saturday dinner, and something similar for Sunday too.

I haven't looked closely to compare the Camp Chef and Blackstone, but my griddle is heavy gauge steel and has heat distributing plates over each burner that are supposed to help even out the temps on the griddle surface. Can't wait!

Thanks! There wee some onions and peppers in there, just not a lot of them.
