Has anyone put a Brisket on a smoker and then pulled it off and called it supper..No special season, lard, spices, rubs, injections, wood, pellets, and a dirty dish rag cause there momma said so...Was it good..
 
Guessing that most on this site do this exact thing- if they are not practicing for a comp or trying to let their "inner Franklin" out.

Good brisket- cooked well with salt and pepper. All you need are sides...like a good Shiner Bock or what ever floats your boat.

Brisket- it's what's for dinner.
