The series of tests for the new seasoning continues.

For those that may recall, there was a “Y” seasoning and a “Z” seasoning we tested last. This time we continue the test with the “Y” seasoning.

I got say, I’m liking this a lot.

Another fine cook, John! Must be a ton of fun testing new products on different meats! Looking forward to trying it out, is that smoked salt in seasoning Y? Or is that proprietary knowledge?
