Ive had one for a few years. Decent little grill for 1 or 2 and to take tailgating. The ash tray is a Pita and the paint on the bottom flaked almost immediately. The expanded metal on the grate bowed a little in the middle, but not anything terrible. I do like that the gate slides out.
 
One thing I think it needs for this thing of hours is a 1-2” lift charcoal grate in bottom of ashpan to improve airflow. Should be an easy mod.
 
cowgirl- do your coals sit flat in bottom of bin or do you have a charcoal grate to assist airflow?
 
I'm watching with great interest, as I'd love to pick one of these up (especially with the potential charcoal grate mod) for times I'm "out and about."
 
I wonder if it would fit right here...
