Sunday's cook--Ribs, Short Ribs, Brisket and Wangs

Looked at your introductory thread. Thats a beautiful stick burner!
Im amazed at all the space you have with the way they made the shelving.

Guess I'm not the only one Greg has gotten hooked on stick burners.

Lol. Yep! I got the bug at Greg's house and knew I had to have a stick burner.

The pit is perfect for me with a small footprint but a ton of space, I can rack the meats or hang them, I can grill, smoke, bake in the oven or the main chamber, use it for cold smoking etc etc. The list just goes on. Very versatile.
