These beauties are from the 1/4 of beef I picked up on Saturday. Porterhouse and a Delmonico. Nice marbling on that Porterhouse!

Dusted with Carne Crosta and let rest for about 20 minutes on the counter.

No plated/sliced pics, but they were served with baked potatoes, green beans and Marsala mushrooms. Great evening!
