Hi everyone!
I have a 10lb Bone-in prime rib roast from SRF on the way. My plan is to smoker it at 225 until around 119 internal and then sear it. I'm looking for ideas on seasoning it. Anyone have a favorite flavor profile they use? Any suggestions?
 
I like Mcormick Montreal Steak seasoning a lot because it has large particulates that really stand out on the finished product. I also have had great success with Meathead’s Cow Crust paste, very tasty!
