Oh... you can water your smoker... but trust me... it won't grow.

I hope it's okay.

It's Ok, thank god the smoker box was protecting it and it's at 200*f right and rising to 225!

I'm only going to smoke my pig's feet for 1 to 2 hours.

That has never happened to my Stick Burners!!!!!

PARTY!!!!!!!!!!
That's why I'm getting a BIG GREEN EGG smoker ( the small one )

Depending on how the local company generates electricity, the MES may on a fundamental level actually be "Coal fired". Glad your smoker is OK Derek!
Oh thanks bro, I'm glad it's ok too.

The smoker quickly got back up too 200*f,

But as of now I'm getting a BGE I've finally decided what model to get WOOHOO!

No more wishy washy for me made up my mind, And my folks decided to loan me the extra $500 dollars to get the small green egg, so I can take it in my car to comps.

So you have gas inside and electric outside :tape:
I don't know what you mean Midnight?

All I know is my folks stove is gas powered and my smoker is electric powered.
