I had my mine set on making some Pork LOin chops before reading Dan's thread about his LOin Chops. However, his thread created an eagerness or hankering to cook these LOin chops and post some PRONOgraphy to boot!

The heat on these was just fine and I won't be reducing it at all! :clap2:

I am going to hold production off on this for a moment. I just came out with the Pecan and Cherry rub very close together, so I am trying to keep everything in proper perspective.

I went to the lab and came out with a Sweet Maple rub last night.:tape::laugh:
