Was hungry for some chicken so decided to brine one for about 4 hours. Spatched that bad boy, Yardbird rub, on the Weber for about an hour and ready to munch on. Wifey fried up some cabbage and stuff and a baked tater. Will have a cold chicken sammy for lunch here in a minute. Enjoy the w/e all.
