SPOGOS BGE Bird

Spatchcocked a Rosie’s Organic bird and decided to try some SPOGOS on it, this was a pretty tasty combination. Plated it with some sprouts, homemade gravy, and a twice baked spud.

Forgot to add, if you ever see Rosie's Organic chicken in your grocer, it's worth the extra money. Very tender and juicy, it will be my go to from now on.
