With some hesitancy my wife said OK to my doing our steak dinner this way. I had 3 monsters from Costco- 2 NY Strips about 2 in thick and a really nice rib eye. The strips got 2 hrs in the water Bath and the rib eye 90 min all at 134 degrees

Out of the vac bags. Then brushed with olive oil and seasoned with S&P

These then went on a screaming hot Egg with grill grates. One Strip 3 min. The other 2 min and my rib eye for - 1 1/2 min. They were on fire at times. Unfortunately I only got pics of the rib eye

Major success. My wife who prefers filet said her strip was really good and my son said I should do all steaks this way. We are going to Boston to visit my oldest sons family and we are taking up steaks. My wife said we should take the Sous Vide too. These steaks were so big that we have more left over than we ate
Thanks for looking

Looks delicious George! Thanks for posting, I'm hoping to SV my first steak tomorrow. Hope mine turns out half as great as yours!
