I always do "traditional" brisket but I wanted to incorporate it into something else. I love shawarma and I almost exclusively use tri tip when I do the beef version. Then a thought of substituting tri tip with brisket had be salivating so I put my plan into motion :nod:

Grabbed the last prime brisket at Sam's :mrgreen:

The brisket looks great, but that pita baking in the blackstone stole the show for me.

Only 1 thing that would have made that better.

And that would be if that ended up in my belly instead of yours.
As always top notch cook brother.
This has put some ideas in me once the new pizza oven arrives thanks.
