Only issue I have is I' am usually drinking when I cook and I always forget which way the meats running for the cut after cooking LOL. I pulled at 123 but it's hard to get consistent medium rare across tips due to their varying size in one piece of meat.

Made a steak sandwich for a snack and cut a few slices for lunch with what was left of that tri tip last night :<) Fan freakin tastic. That duo of rubs is gonna be my beef go to from now on for a while
