I finally joined the flat top movement at my house (I’ve had a Camp chef in the camper and love it) and I’ve been playing around some. I kind of wish I had seen the Blackstone premier with the cart and the drawers and stuff though...

Cheese steak with some creekstone farms choice ribeyes...lacking in flavor imo...need to slice much much thinner next time...maybe bust out the sliced
After a couple of years on pellets I decided to try something new. These just arrived today...
Fun times ahead! I’ll try and post some more pics and thoughts as I get to know the M1...after the seasoning burn tonight will through some of these on (figured I ordered a Texas pit I just as well order some Elgin Texas sausage?!)
