They cooked @ 275* for six hours, and I only stirred them
about 4 times during....

Hey N8.... Thanks for the inspiration , my spin on your beans was to use Guiness Extra Stout instead of water , and add Mollases , brown sugar , and 1lb of slab bacon. Cooked them under a Brisket and the renderings made them amazing !!!!! Thanks brother !
