I’m down to my last few shakes of JH Pecan. Loved it on ribs and chicken. However I’ve now moved towards Simply Marvelous Cherry.

Pecan on salmon is amazing in the smoker. I'm not a salmon person, but my wife is, and that's the only way I eat it.
