Its my Moms 50´th Birthday today and last night we had a huge party for that with almost a hundret guests. Off course it was my part to take care of the cooking, and so i had Suzy going with almost 90 pounds of Orange brined and glazed Pork Loin, Texasbbq Butts and mediterranean Turkey breasts.

I didnt expect to get a snowstorm like that yesterday. So i was cooking in the snow and wind for 7 hours, never had such bad conditions before. Well, at least the Jack was cold and the happy people at the party really made up for that.
