Since I had the Blackstone griddle back up and running, I figured it was time for some tacos. I’d been wanting to try making my own tortillas for awhile now, so I stopped by the Mexi-mart and picked up some pre made white corn masa. I guess it’s not fully “from scratch” but much better than the Mission brand tortillas we often buy from the store.

There’s a bit of a finesse to it I had to figure out, but I eventually got the hang of it



2lbs of 31-40 size shrimp in an Oakridge BBQ Smokey Chile Lime slather



Almost there
