Care to share some details on the cook?


Rhe tri tip was rubbed with worcestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning. Lit up about 10 chunks of mulberry wood cut from my backyard into the weber kettle. Allowed the coals to settle down, then put the tri tip on, added about 3 chuncks of Mesquite wood for smoking. At 350-450F i let the smoke dance and do it magic for 30-40 mn. Pulled out the tri tip, covered and let it rest for 10 mn.
 
That's one beautiful tip right there. There's something about Tri-Tip that I am starting to like even better than a nice Ribeye...
