That Spaten is GOOD beer! Prime rib looked excellent to. I have yet to do one because my wife won't touch pink meat. May sneak one in any ways and grill her slice a little to brown it up :-D

Cook it to med rare. While she is not looking, drop her slice in a pot of heated up AuJus.Pink disappears but it is still medium cooked and delish. You can thank me later. She will too! Thank you ,that is.

I was about to suggest that technique. Only takes about 30 seconds to a minute.

You did your friend very well. I've got to cook two on Thursday.

Thanks,

Robert

Yeah, just horseraddish. I need to go out and buy a better brand, like Beaver brand next time.

My wife makes our horseradish sauce using Kelchner’s Horseradish and it is excellent. If you want I can get the recipe.

Kelchner’s Horseradish is the one to get in my area. They also make excellent cocktail sauce.
