smoked meatball sammies & Schweineschnitzel

smoked grilled balls over pecan,hickory,apple,& mesquite.
the buns are butter,garlic,basil,mozza,& provalone toasted hoagies-

the Schnitzel- the Spaetzel didn't work out so it was traditional German tater salad-
