Smoked Brisket... Sushi Style

I love sushi... but I dislike the taste of raw fish aka Sashimi.

Something tells me that ya wouldn't like the taste of raw brisket in your sushi either

Ya done good...again...

And I never heard of dried pulled pork. WTH?

Live about 5 miles from dipping my toe in the Atlantic and I am fortunate to have some awesome sushi restaurants in the neighborhood,,,
