First off, Merry Christmas Y'all. Hope life is good. Still busy with this new job, and it doesn't seem like that will change. I'm told that is a good thing, but a little time to breathe wouldn't bother me none...

I have this slicer. It works but is obviously short for full slabs of belly bacon, and struggles for wafer thin deli meat.

However I use it all the time and it’s easy to clean and is reliable. The only other thing you need is a non-serrated blade. They aren’t expensive so get one of those too!
