Well this is cook #2 since I turned my old fridge smoker into "Frankensmoker" and I have to say I'm really impressed with it as a pellet pooper! This was an extremely important cook for me because it was for deer meat that I originally turned the old fridge into a smoker.

Here are the details, 3.6# Deer Sirloin tip (marinated overnight), cooked it a little hot at 270* because I got tied up at the dr and didn't get started as soon as I would have liked. Plain old H2O in the water pan, apple pellets. I mopped with apple juice that I spiced up after the first hour and periodically after that. Pulled when internal temp hit 142* about 3 hours later and rested for 15 minutes before slicing.
