I'm not sure it's possible to get much lazier than this Tex-Mex-ish Tator Tot Casserole

Ingredients

Press a couple buttons on the ol' Rec Tec

It's just the wife and I, so just a small aluminum pan and some frozen meatballs

Dump on some salsa - I'd go with different salsa if just for me, but we'll be doing good if she can handle this mild stuff

Black beans

Cheese

Taters

Into the Rec Tec...

A little cheese on top once the tots are crisped up and all the stuff below is hot

Melted

Served

No cans to open, no dishes to clean up other than silverware...Making this post was more work!
