after 30 minute bath, and a 15 minute drying, this is what they looked like, the first one is the SM rub

this the one rubed in simply marvelous, the picture does not do any justice at all, it was moist and full of flavor

all and all, I loved the rub, I will order some more, I LOVED it.
 
Good Looking Ribs! Time to pull a couple out of the freezer... That made me hungry!
