Sardines and hot sauce

Pastina with butter and cheese

Fresh guac and corn chips

...and above all, any kind of charcuterie with good creamy blue cheese and olives.

All of these are accompanied with delicious beer.

Homemade Sour Kraut, fried in butter and pepper, with smoked Polish Sausage. Uncle Phil's Polish Mustard and fresh horseradish and a cold beer of course.

Peanut Butter, banana and honey sandwhich on wonder bread is right up there with skillet toasted ciabatta bread with garlic rubbed onto it while still warm and drizzled with olive oil!!!

FRESH ice cold RAW oysters from a little place called Salt Run...done the "oyster shooter" way

Heres what ya do
Add a tsp of cocktail sauce in a shot glass
Add a dollop of prepped horseraddish
Add a squeeze of lime and a couple drops of Looosiana hot sauce
Drop in a fresh shucked oyster and fill the shot glass with beer

Slam and savor :thumb:

Popcorn - homemade, nunna that microwave crap either - old fashioned in a pot with peanut oil & salt

For a real treat, as wierd as it sounds, sprinkle brewer's yeast on it after the salt... tastes just like cheesy popcorn!
