Short Ribs - quick bath in worstershire sauce and then a medium/heavy coating of Dizzy Pig Cow Lick Rub... XL cruising at 250 with Jack Daniels Oak Chips.. This pic is about 2 hours in.

Pizzas - Two whole wheat and two regular dough.. All cooked on Medium BGE at 700 degrees.. San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, extra virgin olive oil and grana padano grated cheese

Pizzas were excellent for lunch... Short ribs will be for dinner.

Nice looking food Vinny. I've got to get me a mixer so i can make some dough. I usually buy it from a local joint. I really need to learn how to stretch it. I like my pies thin and crispy.
 
It's not delivery nor DiGiorno!!! great looking shorties and love the look of the crust from underneath... just the way I like it!!! Great work!!!
 
How long did you cook those ribs? Been wanting to try them on my egg.
