Supermarket Choice short ribs. Untrimmed and went straight into the vacuum bag with Yoshidas Teriyaki Sauce. Sous Vide for 28 hours at 140°. They went straight to the fridge after SV while I got the coals ready. Finally, I did a quick sear over the hot coals.
I gotta tell you, these came out SHOCKINGLY GOOD. It was the most tender and juicy beef I have ever had in my life. If you haven’t already done this, you’ve got to try it.



 
Yoshida's isn't too bad I' am not really a teriyaki flavor fan. They are all a little strong for me. Yoshida's is probably my favorite
 
Thanks all. I was shocked at how tender and juicy they were. They’re completely different from my usual smoked short ribs in texture and juiciness.
