Been on a wood kick lately, last night was a quick tri tip using cherry sticks/chunks. Tri tip was on a second rack indirect, then cranked up the charcoal grate for final sear.
No sliced pics since I brought it to my bros house. Turned out pretty good though.
Hasty Bake hasn't been getting any love this summer. Still love this cooker :thumb:
