Ladies and gents,

With the Green Chile TD getting pretty lonely I went to a local market and picked up a variety of chiles for a Chile Rellenos dish. First time trying this dish. :noidea:

Started with the garnish tomato sauce first and here are some of the ingredients

Brought it to a slow simmer

Into the blender for consistency. I like it a little chunky

Chiles were roasting in the meantime

Peeled and gutted. You've got a Poblano, a red Anaheim (usually green), a Califorinia chile and Jalapenos

Next I fried some of my homemade thin sliced bacon

Plenty of bacon fat for the scallops to cook in :thumb:

The Poblano was huge so I had to use two plates
