This was thirdeye's entry in the 2021 "Served with Chili" Throwdown

As chosen by LYU370 for winning the "Legs!" Throwdown.

CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

We haven't had a Green Chile Throwdown since 2016 and it is Hatch Chile season!

Create a dish or food item of your choice using green chiles.

Standard Throwdown rules apply.

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 8/27 through Monday 9/13.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday 9/13.
