Sausage Platter (A Hint of Germany)

After searching the web, trying to figure out what to make for the “Tubesteak & Sauceagefest” Throwdown, I settled on doing a salute to my (mostly) German heritage. A Sausage Platter with Rotkohl, German Potato Salad and a couple of soft pretzels with mustard.

Thank you Dan. The link is at the top of the Q-Talk page. There is a box that says "BBQ Brethren Throwdowns". Click on it and it will take you to the Throwdown forum qhere you can see not only the "Tubesteak & Sausagefest" throwdown but all current and past throwdowns.
