The Bride fried the salmon patties in the bacon grease. Some of the bacon was chopped and sprinkled on a spinach salad.
 
Those are some beautiful fillets, don't think they would have made it inside if it were me cooking those beauties.

Now... need to see where I can find that bag of charcoal you have... only found the "regular flavor" B & B at Wallyworld on occasion... and you really seem to rave about it.

Academy carries Oak-Hickory-Mesquite B&B Lump and B&B natural oak briquettes. I'm not sure if Academy's free or discounted shipping applies to charcoal- might check.

Dang, that looks so good it would be really hard to chop it up for anything other than mouth entry.
 
Oh yeah!

Salmon patties are one of my top 10 favorite meals and grilled salmon is the same!
