I don't know about you but I better start to practice everything. Especially the pork. I made a deal with another cook that i would help him with his brisket if he could get me Scott's pork recipe and I'm pretty sure that my brisket recipe is safe.

I'm out but I'm in! Not cooking, I'll judge or table captain or TIT or whatever. But I'll come hang on Friday night.

I think this one really classes as a new contest this year. It's got a different name, in a different location on the opposite side of the river. One positive thing, it's better protected from wind on the north side of the river! Hopefully the weather will be cooperative. The weekend before last year, weather was in the 60s and gorgeous.
