Around me, they come in a 10 lb box. I tried them once, lots of shiners, little meat. My thought was that they were what was left over after taking the meat for bacon. As I remember, they were $10.00 for the box, but it's been a while. Never purchased them again.

They will hold 4 days or so defrosted and properly refrigerated. Stores do this all the time.

My local butcher. Also by the case at the local meat market. They’re tasty, just not a lot of meat.

Hi All Ribs are done 250* in the oven for 5 hrs. The Chinese ribs were not so good. They are onthe left side of the dish.
