With all the talk of reverse searing I figured I'd have a go at it... And I don't know why I hadn't done this sooner!! Seasoned it with my home made beef rub & the steak came out perfect!! :clap2: (didn't get a pic of it sliced... it kinda just disappeared. Definitely an "oh fark" moment when I realized! :doh
Anyways, I also had this idea about my mac & cheese, I bake them in muffin pans sometimes to get more crispy edges on them and I wanted to mess with this a little so I stuffed the mac & cheese with some pulled pork. This is how it came out... It was very nice.. the possibilities are endless with this I'm thinking... :thumb: You can stuff them with mushrooms, pulled beef, peppers, chicken... whatever. Think about it, Mac & cheese stuffed with... more cheese!!! :shock: Doing this for sure again! Here are the pics.
