With a nice crust cooked Hot and Fast

Pulled a Ribeye out of the freezer and defrosted for dinner tonight

Thawed, room temp and ready for seasoning

Also got some Scallops and seasoned with Garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and garlic caramelized olive oil.

Ribeye seasoned with coffee infused salt, Homemade garlic powder, homemade onion powder, Black Pepper, and a generous layer of ground Porcini mushroom

Surf and Turf all seasoned and absorbing all the flavors

MSD whipped up some Mac and Cheese and on the Yoder to add a little smokiness

Scallops on the Weber with some maple and alder wood chunks

MSD did want her half a little less rare and just needed a foil cover for a couple minutes to suit her nicely.

That crust is off the charts - that's a ribeye fit for a king! Oh, and the the other food looks great, too. :wink:

Thanks Everyone. Been so busy lately, it was good to get a cook in that I could take some pics and post.
