Wow, I didn't expect these to get so much attention! They are fantastic, really. I started making them after going to a Don Pablo's Mexican Kitchen, their qusedillas were really great which is why I wanted to imitate them at home. After a year or so, I started adding the sliced avocado which made them even richer (avos get even more buttery when heated). Then recently I started adding sliced jalapeno to the grilled onion/pepper mix, another winner. I encourage y'all to try them this way and be sure and post pron!!!! Thanks y'all!
Oh, and deguerre really can't do chicken, it's always dry:becky:!
