Howdy...

Heres how i just used some of yesterdays leftover pulled pork

Fired up the small egg and while it was heating up i mixed some Pork with grated cheddar, onions and barbecue sauce and then rolled that into a simple dough. Put it on the egg at 450 F and added some more cheddar on top when it was almost done.

Good stuff !

Did you make up the dough or use a packaged one?

really looking good! love the plating too. Is that a Big Green Egg? You hardly ever see anybody using those now days, LOL.
